Our opportunity

The Electronic Imaging Division has evolved beyond photocopiers to provide our clients with innovative technology solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness across their business operations.

We provide opportunities for growth and advancement to keep you engaged. This pivotal position is critical for ensuring that the installation, service, and repairs to Toshiba's and other manufacturer's products are done in a timely, accurate and economical manner.

 

Responsibilities include

  • Conduct a high quality diagnostic and service repairs.
  • Installation of products' including setup of device drivers across multiple OS types.
  • Providing and maintaining a high level of productivity as per grading and product range
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Monitoring and managing stock levels

 

Other requirements

  • Proven experience in the installation & configuration of Multi-Functional Devices in various OS environments
  • Demonstrated experience servicing MFDs including networking
  • Technical aptitude / troubleshooting skills & the ability to learn concepts quickly
  • Willing to undertake Working with Children Check and National Police Check
  • Willing to take annual flu vaccination and comply with COVID requirements

 

Qualifications, skills and experience required

  • Electronics skills or similar
  • Basic computer skills & experience using a field service system
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Electrical Serviceperson License 
  • Current and Valid Driver's License

In addition to the above, the successful candidates will possess sound interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation and the ability to work effectively with customers and Toshiba team members across multiple departments and at various levels.
