Our opportunity

The Electronic Imaging Division has evolved beyond photocopiers to provide our clients with innovative technology solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness across their business operations.

 

We have a full-time permanent opportunity for an Administrator to join our Head Office team based in North Ryde. This position is critical in processing all aspects related to service agreements, assisting customers with invoice queries and maintaining records in a database.  Will consider interstate applicants to work from our branches based in Mulgrave (VIC) and Eight Mile Plains (QLD).

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining of a dedicated email inbox, including the processing of service requests, auto meter readings and requests from our branches
  • Responding to internal and external customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Contacting customers and advising of claim status
  • Processing of Invoices and sending on to customers
  • Processing cancellations and terminations of contracts
  • Maintaining customer information in our database
  • Setting up new customer accounts

 

Other requirements

  • General Office Administration Skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Data Entry skills
  • Highly organised
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills

 

In addition to the above, the successful candidates will need to work effectively with customers and Toshiba team members across multiple departments and at various levels. Therefore, sound interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation and a commitment to the Toshiba Values will ensure success.
