The Electronic Imaging Division has evolved beyond photocopiers to provide our clients with innovative technology solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness across their business operations.


This pivotal position based in our Mulgrave office, reports to the Branch Administration Manager, you'll be tasked to deliver and rollout statement of works, print audits, and sales orders, provide analytical support and oversee the Managed Services clients agreed deliverables during the contracted term.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with clients to produce and finalise statement of works
  • Overseeing the Managed Services clients agreed deliverables during the contracted term
  • Creation of Managed Services reports, either on an ad-hoc basis or maintaining a schedule.
  • Manage processes and communication for Installs, moves, changes and deletions, keeping accurate records and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensuring Toshiba's fleet management system is installed prior to rollout and confirm the managed devices.
  • Liaising with National Service Administrator to ensure Managed Services contracts are setup and updated correctly.
  • Assisting in the processing of Managed Services sales orders.
  • Attend to all customer queries regarding their orders
  • Communicate directly with clients in regards to schedules and deployment 
  • Assist when needed on the preparation and development of tenders and bids.


Other requirements: 

  • Strong project management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills


Qualifications, skills and experience required: 

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic Visio skills 
  • Current/Valid driver's licence
