EID Division

Toshiba Australia's Electronic Imaging Division (EID) is growing. We are expanding beyond our traditional Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) to provide our customers with innovative solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness in their business operations.

 

 

Our opportunity

Conduct installation, service, and repairs to Toshiba's and other manufacturers products in a timely, accurate and economical manner.

 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct quality diagnostic and service repairs.
  • Installation of products' including setup of device drivers across multiple OS types.
  • Provide and maintain a high level of productivity as per grading and product range
  • Provide high level of customer satisfaction directly to customers and through assisting team members
  • Monitor and manage stock levels
  • Maintain a range of metrics, such as, for example return to fit (RTF), call back (CB) and Mean Calls between Copies (MCBC) and any other metrics outlined in GOALs, Toshiba's performance management tool.
  • Assist and liaise with Service Dispatch Centre to maintain highest level of productivity
  • Adhere at all times to Company Policy and Procedures in the pursuance of required duties

 

 

Qualifications, skills and experience required:

  • Electronics skills or similar
  • Proven experience in the installation & configuration of MFD's in various OS environments
  • Demonstrated experience servicing MFDs including networking
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical aptitude / troubleshooting skills & the ability to learn concepts quickly
  • Basic computer skills & experience using a field service system

 

In addition to the above, the successful candidates will have valid driver's licence for employee's state of employment.
