We are always looking for motivated people to join our team and at present, we have an opportunity in our Corporate Services Division for a Full-Time Human Resources Administrator on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract.

 

Our Corporate Services Division provides relevant support services to our divisions and is made up of IT, HR, Facilities, Finance, Credit, Legal & General Affairs (L&GA) and Logistics. 

 

About the role

This position provides a suitably skilled candidate the opportunity to deliver exceptional administration services in support of our Professional HR Team.  This position has a direct reporting line to the Human Resources Manager and sits amongst a small and cohesive and collaborative HR team.

 

Key responsibilities include:

Business Support

    • Preparation of offer letters and management of personal files data
    • Management of the company service awards
    • Preparation of invoices for finance processing

HRIS Management via Oracle

    • Data Entering new employee details
    • Making changes to employee details via core apps
    • Testing of HR Admin related functions
    • Support system users to access HR Self Service

Reporting using Oracle HRIS

    • Generation of Employee Reports
    • Ensuring the regular management reporting schedule is actioned via Oracle
    • Helping to develop reports from Oracle

Other Systems Administration

    • Management of the HR Intranet via SharePoint
    • Analysis of Headcount reports generate via Cognos

 

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • HRIS Administration experience: 1-2 years required
  • Experience using Oracle HR or other similar HRIS
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Superior organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good overall computer skills
  • Customer and relationship focused
  • Proven ability to deliver results
  • A calm collegial working style.
