Toshiba Australia's Electronic Imaging Division (EID) is growing. We're expanding beyond our traditional Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) to provide our customers with innovative solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness in their business operations.

 

Our opportunity

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Technician to join our Brisbane team. The primary purpose of this position is to provide timely, accurate and economical service to customers to achieve customer response objectives as set for the branch. 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Support in Maintaining Area Response Times as per branch objectives.
  • Support in Maintaining Area MCBC as per branch objective.
  • Provide high level of Customer Satisfaction directly to customers and through assisting team members.
  • Providing verbal and written Field and Area reports to management.
  • Assist and Liaise with SDC to maintain the highest level of productivity
  • Adhere at all times to Company Policy and Procedures in the pursuance of required duties
  • Monitor and manage van stock levels  
  • Mentor and assist other technicians at times as requested by Supervisor/Manager.

 

Our requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to work effectively with customers and Toshiba team members across multiple departments and at various levels.  Therefore, sound interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation and a commitment to the Toshiba Values will ensure success.

 

Skills and experience required:

  • Several years (5+) previous industry experience
  • MFD connectivity experience is also an advantage
  • Sound all round technical ability combined with sound PR and Customer Relations skills
  • Able to communicate well at all levels
  • Current car drivers license
  • Basic Electronics or similar qualifications
