Our company

Toshiba Australia's Electronic Imaging Division (EID) is growing. We're expanding beyond our traditional Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) to provide our customers with innovative solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness in their business operations.


Our opportunity

We have an opportunity for an experienced Scheduler join our team at Mt Waverley. Reporting to the Team Leader, the primary focus of this role is to manage the client experience from inception to resolution, whilst continually demonstrating Toshiba values and promoting the brand through memorable interactions. The role provides responsive and professional support nationally for the allocation of internal and external resources to meet contractual obligations and client expectations.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Respond to all customer enquiries nationally (Phone, Email, web)
  • Information/data entry– managing all enquiries and follow up into management tool
  • Schedule and co-ordinate internal and external resources to meet SLAs and customer expectations
  • Validation – confirming contractual requirements, cost advice, ETAs
  • Service Level Management
  • Escalation – ensuring requests reach the correct resolver group or escalation Manager
  • Complete delivery processes as documented
  • Provides availability and coverage during operating hours


Our requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to engage with internal and external clients across all levels. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a commitment to the Toshiba Values are paramount.


Skills and experience required:

  • Effective communication skills – written, listening and verbal
  • High level of computer literacy – Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • 2-3 years' experience in a busy service delivery environment
  • Successful completion of secondary school or equivalent
  • Structured roster and shift work (including public holidays and weekends)
  • Resource Co-ordination/scheduling
  • Experience in Oracle, SAP or other CRM tool
  • Execution of processes (order processing, request management, escalation)
