Toshiba Australia's Electronic Imaging Division (EID) is expanding beyond our traditional Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) to provide our customers with innovative solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness in their business operations.

Our opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team based at North Ryde. Reporting to the Branch Administration Manager, the core purpose of this role is to ensure that the sales clerical duties relative to the sales activities of the branch are conducted in an efficient and diligent manner, as well as providing administration support to the Sales Administration team. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure that the end of month reports are accurately prepared and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all technician commissions are accurately prepared and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all expired leads are updated in CRM system.
  • Ensure appropriate quote stationery is available at all times.
  • Record and distribute phone-in, tech and marketing leads whilst ensuring that all leads are documented, distributed and recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare sales meeting organisation and minutes.
  • Coordinate the distribution of machine expiry and finance update reports (from Service Admin).
  • Ensure that advertising expense sheets are maintained diligently and accurately and invoices/payment requirements are processed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all general sales team support (ID reports, Service history, copy costs, brochures, PDFs)  duties are performed diligently and accurately and any information requests are processed in a timely manner.
  • Be the first point of contact for support, questions and issues regarding company CRM system.
  • Organise and facilitate events & conferences for the branch as directed by the BAM.
  • Ensure all adhoc support duties as required by management, marketing and CRM areas are performed diligently and accurately and any information requests are processed in a timely & accurate manner.
  • Assist with Sales Administration duties as directed by Branch Administration Manager.
  • Provide CRM system User Training for all employees where necessary.

Qualifications, skills and experience required:

  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales support or administration environment. 
  • Some event management experience with be highly regarded.
