We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Service team in the positon of National Service Specialist – Project Management, based in our North Ryde, Sydney office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Provide leadership and management of installation projects while maintaining involvement of local Engineers, Managers and Account Managers.
  • Monitor and control projects using Toshiba Project Management Systems.
  • Manage contractors with regards to selection, contracts, KPIs, fees and scheduling.
  • Support tenders, sales and applications staff regarding project planning and implementation.
  • Create project documentation including site plans, project management plans, project specific SWMS and other relevant documents.
  • Review procedures and advise Service Management.
  • Train staff as required to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support to colleagues by phone and on-site.
  • Lead service standards, methods and administration.
  • Technical liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform monitoring and reporting tasks as required.

 

  Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent on the job experience in project management for construction, electrical or biomedical equipment sites.
  • RegPM Project Management accreditation with AIPM or equivalent.
  • Experience using CAD applications such as AutoCAD.
  • Experience working in a Quality Assured environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Drivers Licence.
  • Experience installing Medical Imaging equipment would be highly regarded.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 This exciting opportunity will require some interstate travel to meet our customers' requirements.
