Our opportunity

We have an opportunity for a National Service Administration Team Leader to join our team. Reporting to the National Service Administration Manager, the primary purpose of this position is to directly supervise Service Administration staff and ensure that all billing and dealer RCTIs are completed in a timely manner.  In addition, this position will perform all Service Administrator - Billing responsibilities during peak times and staff absences.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Complete national summary report for management by 5th of each month
  • Process audit queues, consolidated and non-consolidated for Business Colour, Black, Colour, Dealer, Copy block and print
  • Process payment to dealer networks and on charge dealer invoices to customer accounts
  • Respond and ensure that all enquiries are dealt with in a timely, polite and efficient manner
  • Update “how to guide” when processes change
  • Update Installed Base for FM Audit accounts
  • Run reports and provide management with information as requested
  • Monitor staff to ensure all billing audit forms are completed on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that the billing is performed on a regular basis
  • Ensure all dealer RCTI transactions are processed within the agreed time frame.
  • Provide assistance and support to staff in the resolution of customer issues when required
  • Deal with any staff performance issues in conjunction with the Direct Service Admin Manager
  • Assist Direct Service Administration Manager in development of individual GOALS and related objectives
  • Ensure team response to all fax / email service requests and enquiries are actioned or escalated within 7 working days of receipt
  • Act as back up for staff during busy times or during staff absences
  • Prepare and produce reports to ensure targets are being met
  • Ensure all Service Administration staff are aware of and adhere to Company Policies and Procedures at all times

Skills and experience required:

  • At least 1 year Team Leader experience
  • High level of customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to resolve conflict
  • Excellent organisational and clerical skills
  • Accurate data entry / keyboarding skills
  • Proven supervisory experience
  • At least 2 years corporate administrative experience
