Toshiba Australia's Electronic Imaging Division (EID) is growing. We're expanding beyond our traditional Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) to provide our customers with innovative solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness in their business operations.

 

Our opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join the Toshiba Managed Services team. Reporting to the Branch Administrator Manager, you'll be tasked to deliver and rollout statement of works and oversee the Managed Services clients agreed deliverables during the contracted term.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and take overarching responsibility for Managed Services and rollouts.
  • Produce a statement of works (SOW) and finalise with client for agreement and signoff.
  • Facilitate milestone project meetings internally and externally.
  • Communicate directly with clients in regards to schedules and deployment.
  • Deliver Managed Services clients expectations on the signed statement of works.
  • Facilitate a weekly communication meeting with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Produce and review reports as required for meetings with Managed Services clients.
  • Manage processes and communication for Installs, moves, changes and deletions, keeping accurate records and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure Toshiba's fleet management system is installed prior to rollout and confirm the managed devices.
  • Liaise with National Service Administrator to ensure Managed Services contracts are setup and updated correctly.
  • Helpdesk to escalate reporting issues with Toshiba fleet management system concerning managed service clients to you, to rectify the issue.
  • Assist in the processing of Managed Services sales orders to meet expectations.
  • Attend to any customer queries regarding their orders and escalate to Branch Administration Manager if and when it becomes necessary.
  • Assist Branch Administration Manager with miscellaneous duties as required.

 

Our requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to work effectively with customers and Toshiba team members across multiple departments and at various levels.  Therefore, sound interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation and a commitment to the Toshiba Values will ensure success.

 

Skills and experience required:

  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic Visio skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Oracle skills preferred but not essential
  • Current drivers licence
