Toshiba Australia's Electronic Imaging Division (EID) is growing. We're expanding beyond our traditional Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) to provide our customers with innovative solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness in their business operations.

 

Our opportunity

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Call Centre Representative to join the National Call Centre team located in Mount Waverley, South East Melbourne. Reporting to the National Call Centre Team Leader, the primary focus of this position is to receive and log incoming customer requests, be it via phone, email, web or fax. This position is also responsible to ensure that all service related tasks, administrative and supporting clerical duties are conducted in an efficient and diligent manner as directed by the National Call Centre Team Leader. This role is primarily handling incoming requests, with a slight amount of outbound following up existing Toshiba Customers regarding their requests – no sales calls.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing the highest level of customer satisfaction through polite and efficient phone manner and follow-up.
  • Answering customer calls promptly and responding to emails/faxes.
  • Ensuring that all data is correct in the service database, double checking all customer details are current & updated when required.
  • Adhering to individually set KPI's
  • Completing nationally logged Dealer Calls and NCC logged Helpdesk calls.
  • Ensuring that any outstanding orders are processed on a daily basis.

Skills, knowledge and experience required:

  • Call centre environment experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
